Jim Stapleton, Eolas Wellbeing
Jim is married to Trish and they have one child, Paddy. In his spare time, he is a rugby referee and a Munster Rugby & Limerick GAA supporter.
Jim is the co-founder of Eolas Financial Wellbeing and Eolas Money and has worked with employers to design and deliver workplace financial wellbeing initiatives since 2010. He delivers workplace financial wellbeing seminars on topics such as Understanding Tax & Payslip Deductions, Better Household Budgeting & Banking, What to Expect in Retirement as well as providing 1:2:1 Individual Employee Clinics. Jim is also a member of the Society of Financial Planners of Ireland (SFPI), an organisation specifically formed to raise and promote financial planning standards within Ireland.

Ruth Fagan, Volunteer Galway
Ruth has worked with Volunteer Galway for over ten years providing support and information to the general public on how to get the most out of volunteer work. In her role as Volunteering Development Officer Ruth provides one to one support, group sessions in delivery of workshops on the benefits of volunteering as well as promotional work with various media channels. Ruth is passionate about the impact that volunteering plays towards both individual personal growth as well as nurturing communities and societal change. From working with a diverse range of people in Galway since 2007, Ruth believes the perception of volunteering has massively shifted from being once seen as something that only a small number of good people do towards something that is the best thing for everyone to do.

With a history in competitive team sports, Louise specialises in getting people active and breaking down the barriers to health, fitness and longetivity through neuromuscular and sports massage, injury management, mobility, Pilates, strength and conditioning for everyday athletes who like to hike, play, climb, swim or run (as well as some international athletes) from her clinic in Liosban.

Maria Caldwell, Green Wave Wellness
Yoga Teacher. Mindfulness & Meditation Health Coach. Corporate Wellness.
Roscommon native with a passion for the sea, Maria has been teaching yoga for 15 years, and now trains people to be yoga teachers as well as hosting yoga brunches. More recently she set up Green Wave Wellness and has begun to to offer more tailored solutions for workplaces including yoga classes, talks and the Mindful Mornings Project.
An NUIG and UCD graduate Maria has also worked as a management consultant and more recently in the NGO sector at management level. A nomad at heart, when not on the yoga mat Maria likes to surf, get outdoors, drink good coffee, and nerd out on political podcasts.
